Service booking

A dedicated VLS service booking line, offering a one-stop shop for booking and enquiries, drivers book in their vehicles at a time convenient to them.
Maintenance Authorisations

A team of time served mechanics utilise 1Link to manage all authorisations. We have £0 spend authority so all costs are scrutinised and we take advantage of the Fleet Assist network of approved suppliers and negotiated rates.
Tyre Management

A tyre management service with Kwik Fit, fixed cost per month which can include damaged tyres. Drivers can use Kwik Fit centre or the mobile facility.
Breakdown

Provided through the RAC, the service includes roadside assistance, recovery and home start with referral to manufacturer schemes where necessary.
Windscreen

If not managed through insurance, VLS works with a number of national providers who operate 24/7.
Downtime Management

Pro-active management of vehicles when they are off-the-road.

And, the real expertise comes from our team, split into two, Carl and Martyn focus on work authorisation and provide valuable technical support internally and externally whilst Ben and Shad focus on managing downtime.
